Butter is the only dairy I use on a regular basis. This is easily substituted for Earth Balance butter to make recipes vegan. I do use eggs but again, this can be substituted easily. (A couple examples: 1 tbsp ground flax seed with 3 tbsp water or for baking 1/4 cup mashed fruit like banana and 1/2 tsp baking powder)

It really is. I was thinking the next time I have a free moment, I really need to re organise it so it’s easier to read!

  3. Right then! Naan is now on the list for tomorrow!
    Oh ya!
Thanks again for such a comprehensive list.
Yup Yup if we all did the things were are good at and left the not so hot at things wouldn’t the World be a terrific place indeed.
I am so glad you are good at compiling these lists and posting them.
    Thank you!

    Hey Annie,
Remember me?? I’ve lurked on your blog for a while now, actually a long while. I love it. A couple months ago I was over to see Justine on Gabriola and she had made your little yam and honey biscuits. I fell head over heels for them! Well tonight I took the opportunity to make them myself and served them with my nummy chicken stew I made. They were a HUGE hit with everyone…even those who claim not to care for yams/sweet potatoes.
Just wanted to say thanks, next I have to try your falafels as I’ve yet to find the right recipe, yours sounds delicious.
Glad to see you are keeping well.

Of course I remember you! I’m so glad you liked them! They are a favourite of mine and at the time I didn’t want to share the recipe but I’m glad I did. xx

I’ve been visiting your recipe archives a lot these days! Last week alone I used three of your dishes in my meal planning – each of them was SO great : ) Glad you’ve taken the time to make this available to us!

    xxB

I’m so glad you think so! The gratitude works both ways though. Tonight I’m making supper from a recipe you shared with me a long time ago and I have since shared here on my blog.
