That’s what I spent on groceries for this week. I’m not sure I’m in my right mind but I’m planning on making the usual meal plan even though it’s just me and the kids this week. With Leif under the weather with croup though, we won’t be going far from home so why not make some fabulous meals to take our minds of things. I may half some of these recipes. I’m confident halved they’ll still leave us with leftovers for lunch the next day.

I’m making this week:

  • Shiitake Mushroom Potstickers with Spring Onion, Ginger and Cilantro and a Szechuan dressing to dip
  • Sushi for Ichthyophobics 
  • Glory Bowl
  • Bhangra Burrito with Chickpea Potato Curry and Chard
  • Thai Dragon Bowl with Noodles, Veggies and Red Curry Coconut Broth
  • Indian Spiced Quinoa with Raisins and Pinenuts
  • Curried Chickpeas with Tomatoes, Ginger and Cilantro

  3. I have been making sushi lately… I love it with a bit of sesame tahini, plum paste, carrot sticks, and sometimes I add cooked adzuki beans.

    I love seeing your recipes!
