Ever heard of this store? Derek who works in our local store, in Nanaimo, rocks my world. Why? Because I’m sitting here typing on my laptop that I thought was a goner.
I’ve received nothing but the best customer service from this computer tech. He really listens and is really knowledgeable when it comes to solutions. I just went in to ask him if it was worth bring my computer in and explained what happened. He was getting off work but took the time to listen and offer a simple suggestion.
If my computer was suffering from a power surge, he suggested I unplug the computer and remove the battery. He told me to hold down the power button for about 15 seconds and then replug in the computer without the battery and give it a try. Wallah.
Anyway, I’m thrilled to have my computer back and I’m filled with reminded confidence in this store’s great service. I can’t wait to go buy my desktop computer with them. Have I mentioned that they’ll match prices for similar products sold elsewhere?
