ooh, I’ve had my eye on this game for awhile- so exciting that you are giving one away! I grew up on herbal medicine, slipery elm for sore throats, golden seal for infections, echinacea for colds, eyebright for eye problems etc. I still use lots of herbs I love- calendula, arnica, nettle, raspberry leaf and on and on! I love making concoctions for my family!

Taisa, I was so excited to see your name when Lily pulled it from the basket! I’ll get in touch with you asap. Before I posted the giveaway I considered my willingness to ship this game overseas to a potential winner and decided I was very willing, so imagine my surprise that I’m not sending this game as far as I thought I might. I’m so sorry I don’t have a game for each of you! I was actually surprised to hear how hard it is to come by in some places. I might have to do another giveaway if I come across the game on sale again.

So many great comments with herbal experiences. Some of the herbs you all use are ones we use here as well and a few I had to look up and learned more about. Thank you so much for that!

This is a tune I keep playing over and over by Red Moon Road called The Frost. Enjoy!

    I absolutely LOVE that tune!!

It was funny to see the boys watching it as their is snow in the video…snow is something my little 7 year old wants right now but his momma is not ready for that yet:)

    What a beautiful song!

That was really sweet of you to offer this game up for a giveaway. The contest got me thinking about herbs I’ve used, and some I’d forgotten about, which was nice. And it was interesting to read all the comments.

love that song, annie. such a sweet reminder of the laden land i just recently left, cobbing, connecting and meeting new folks, and now the busy rush of light and sound and stimulation in the city. it helped me to feel that peace of the earth and the simple rhythms again :)
