We had such a great time visiting with friends and family at the beginning of this week. We stayed with Taimarie and her family at their amazing home. It was so peaceful and quiet and we feel lucky to be getting to know these friends better. Time spent with them inspires me to slow down even more and Taimarie’s Enki style education is very interesting.

One of the main reasons for our trip east was to see my sister in law. She lives in Montreal and hadn’t met Leif yet! I know she’s not fond of having her picture taken so I didn’t even try. You’ll just have to take my word that the visits were great.

It snowed the first morning we were there! What a sight to wake up to. It was beautiful! There were so many neat animals on the property to get to know. Lily and Leif were in heaven learning about them all and Oscar was pretty ambivalent. He would stalk the animals and then run scared when he was noticed.

I can’t wait to go back…. Heck, when we were driving into town, the only thing we could think of was how much we wanted to move here. Maybe in four years…
