Big shop this week with a lot of staples. I bought chocolate chips, milk, tamari, lemon juice, brick of dark chocolate, alfalfa tablets, demerara sugar, butter, coconut milk, peanut butter, coarse salt…

This week I’m planning on making:

I’m hesitant to plan for more meals that this because we may be going on our house hunting trip as early as next week.

Ok, make sure you get a big enough house for 4 more! We are now moving in with you! What a chef you are!

You’re welcome any time to visit!

  3. Mmmm… samosas! It’s funny that when I first found spelt phyllo that’s what I thought I would make. Turns out the apple turnover recipe is just too good.

Anyways, I’m curious to see how yours turn out and how they’re made. Same with the curry. Kevin always wants to use yams or sweet potatoes in curry instead of potatoes but I’m too chicken to be the guinea pig on that one!

And B’s recipe isn’t on your blog because it’s on Paxye’s… and in every version of my cookbook. Mind you, I do crispy tofu on its own and you guys figured that one out with the spices somewhere else along the line. Happy cooking:)

Paxye- made this pizza tonight and it was de e e licious.

That recipe is coming quick Deirdre! It’s my I-don’t-have-time-for-anything-else or my don’t-have-much-left-in-the-fridge or even my it’s-too-fecking-hot-to-make-supper-but-I-don’t-want-something-cold meal. It’s good.
